How you may use Tap & Pop

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications published by Gulp Games ("we", "our", or "us"), including Tap & Pop and Tap & Pop Plus (together, the "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using any App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

Description of Service

Tap & Pop is an offline bubble-popping game that does not require an internet connection. Tap & Pop Plus is a freemium edition that may include optional in-app purchases, advertisements, anonymous analytics, cloud save, and leaderboards. Features vary by platform and app version.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Apps for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to the applicable app store terms and these Terms.

In-App Purchases

Tap & Pop Plus may offer optional in-app purchases such as coin packs, cosmetic items, or a remove-ads entitlement. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, taxes, and billing are handled by the store provider. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or store policy. You may restore eligible purchases through the in-app restore flow where supported.

Advertising

Tap & Pop Plus may display third-party advertisements, including interstitial and rewarded ads. Ad networks may collect device and usage data according to your consent choices and their own policies. The original Tap & Pop app does not display ads.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Apps except as permitted by law
• Use cheats, automation, or exploits that disrupt fair play or our services
• Interfere with servers, leaderboards, or other users' enjoyment of the Apps
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The Apps, artwork, audio, trademarks, and related content are owned by Gulp Games or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how each App handles information. By using the Apps, you acknowledge that policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulp Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Apps. Our total liability for any claim related to the Apps will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $10 if you made no purchases.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Apps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
