A clear account of how Gulp Games handles information for the Tap & Pop family, including the offline edition and Tap & Pop Plus.
Introduction
Gulp Games ("we", "our", or "us") publishes mobile games under the Tap & Pop family. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our apps, including Tap & Pop (offline edition) and Tap & Pop Plus (freemium edition). See also our Terms of Service.
By edition
Tap & Pop (offline edition)
We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information from this app.
Tap & Pop is designed to work entirely offline and does not:
- Collect personal information
- Track your usage with analytics
- Send gameplay data to external servers
- Display advertisements
- Require user accounts or registration
The app stores high scores and game preferences locally on your device using local storage. This information never leaves your device unless you choose to share it outside the app. You can clear this data by uninstalling the app.
Tap & Pop Plus (freemium edition)
Tap & Pop Plus may use network features you opt into or that are required for freemium functionality. Depending on your settings and platform, the Plus edition may process:
- Gameplay progress stored on your device and, when enabled, synced through our cloud-save provider
- Anonymous analytics events (for example app opens, level outcomes, and performance signals) to improve stability and gameplay — you can limit analytics through in-app consent choices where offered
- Advertising data when ads are shown, including device identifiers and ad interaction signals processed by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob, subject to your consent for personalized ads
- Purchase records handled by Apple App Store or Google Play when you buy in-app products; we receive entitlement status, not your full payment card details
- Leaderboard display names and scores when you use leaderboard features
Tap & Pop Plus shows a consent prompt before enabling analytics and personalized advertising. You may choose non-personalized ads only. You can reset local data from in-app settings.
Permissions
Tap & Pop does not request sensitive permissions beyond what is required for basic mobile functionality. Tap & Pop Plus may request additional permissions required by advertising, billing, or platform services (for example App Tracking Transparency on iOS when you opt into personalized ads).
Children's Privacy
Our apps are suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Third-Party Services
Tap & Pop does not integrate third-party analytics or advertising services. Tap & Pop Plus may integrate services such as:
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Apple App Store / Google Play (in-app purchases)
- RevenueCat or equivalent purchase entitlement services
- Anonymous analytics and crash reporting tools configured for the Plus edition
These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We configure them to collect only what is needed to operate ads, purchases, analytics, and cloud features.
Data Retention and Deletion
Offline app data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app storage. For Tap & Pop Plus, you can reset local progress from settings. Cloud, purchase, and analytics retention follows each provider's policies and applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
